Having spent several holidays in this corner of Tuscany during my childhood, my aim was to visit new places, such as the Tarots Garden ...(The High Priestess)This is Niki de Saint Phalle esoteric sculpture garden based on the Tarots card and ispired by Gaudì Park Guell in Barcelona....in my opinion her artwork is even more impressive and detailed ...(The Empress) This project started in late 70s and ended when the artist passed away in 2002.... (The Sun) (Strenght) ..Highlights of my break :-) .... I didn't know where to look!!! This is the path I was walking on! (Death)
(The Hierophant)
(Unknown :-)
(The Emperor)
...She seemed a bit obsessed with boobs, eh?!
(The Choice - the Lovers)
The artist's house....
..her dining room...
..the kitchen...
..the bath!!!
..the staircase...
..the bedroom...
..the private chapel...(The Moon) ..and finally after climbing up and down the hill (more up than down) in the early afternoon heat , a bit of rest in the shadow.... ..feeling rather tired and thirsty.... :D I hope you enjoyed your tour to the garden as much as I did...I LOVED IT!!!

Pug!!! Puggy!!! I LOVE Pugs... (I have had 2 pugs in my life.)
I love it when artists live and breathe their art, and the work is a representation of themself... I quite like her house more than the sculptures :D
Thanks for the brilliant virtual tour, must try and visit in reality one day.
Wow! I have visited the Parc in Barcelona and from your pictures I agree this is even more impressive. I am inspired to visit here now! Thanks. M x
What an amazing artist and place! I love the house, and yes, she was certainly obsessed with boobs. xxxx
What an amazing place. The work is very colourful. I was trying to work out what the cave like one with the chequerboard entrance was:)
